Your license
Keyspace is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These terms add a few details specific to Keyspace. If anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.
Free trial and purchase
- The 3-day trial is free and unlocks every feature. It never turns into a charge.
- After the trial, a single one-time in-app purchase unlocks Keyspace for good. There's no subscription.
- Purchases are made through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by country.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Your purchase is restored on any Vision Pro signed in with the same Apple Account, with Restore Purchase in Settings.
Play safely
Keyspace runs in mixed reality while you sit at a real instrument. Keep the area around your piano clear, stay aware of your surroundings, and take regular breaks. Follow Apple's safety guidance for Apple Vision Pro. Stop if you feel discomfort, and adjust your seat and posture so your hands, wrists and back stay relaxed.
Music and content
The pieces in Keyspace are arrangements of music in the public domain. The arrangements, lessons, exercises, artwork and software are ours. You may play, record and export your own performances for personal use. Only import files you have the right to use.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Keyspace accurate and reliable, but hand tracking, keyboard placement and note detection can make mistakes. Keyspace is provided as described in the Standard EULA, including its warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability, to the extent allowed by the law where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms when Keyspace changes. We'll change the date at the top, and the version in effect when you use the app applies.
